Admission Procedure

Enrollment for the current academic year 2025-26 is now open. To apply for education at J.R. Sahu Vidhya Mandir, Raipur, admission will be based on an aptitude test, and candidate selection will depend on the availability of seats.

The minimum age for Nursery is 3 years, KG-I is 4 years, and KG-II is 5 years.

The Enrollment Application must be signed by both parents/guardians.

**The following documents must be submitted along with the Enrollment Application:**

– Attested copy of the Birth Certificate
– Transfer Certificate from the previous school
– Attested copy of the most recent Mark Sheet
– Attested copy of the Aadhaar card
– Attested copy of Address Proof
– Attested copy of the Bank Passbook
– Attested copy of the Caste Certificate (if applicable for ST/SC/OBC category)
– Two passport-sized photographs

Original documents must be presented for verification at the time of admission.

FEES GUIDELINES

To apply for education at J.R. Sahu Vidhya Mandir, Raipur, please ensure that all fee-related processes are completed as per the guidelines.
Parents can pay the fees either in a lump sum or in three equal installments, based on their convenience. The security deposit is refundable, and the original receipt must be presented for a refund.
If two children of the same parents are enrolled in the same academic year, a concession of one month’s fee will be provided for one child.
School fees must be paid via online transfer, cheque, or cash only. The cost of books, stationery, and uniforms is not included in the fee.
A penalty of Rs 10 per day will be charged for delayed installment payments.
Transfer certificates, character certificates, and report cards will be provided only after all dues are cleared.

General guidelines for Students & Parents

Students are expected to be disciplined and arrive at school on time. Their uniforms should always be neat, clean, and properly ironed.
Boys must maintain short haircuts, and girls with long hair are required to tie it in two braids. Students with short hair should wear hairbands.
Gold or diamond jewelry, makeup, nail paint, henna, and hair coloring are strictly prohibited.
Nails should be kept short, and shoes should be polished.
Latecomers will not be allowed entry into school.
Shouting, fighting, misbehaving, or using inappropriate language is not tolerated on school premises. Students found doing so may be expelled.
Electronic gadgets and expensive items are not permitted.
Any celebrations, apart from school gatherings, are not allowed.
Leave will only be granted with a leave application and a genuine reason.
Parents must stay updated on their child’s school schedule.
Parent-Teacher Meetings are compulsory for parents to attend, along with their child.
Parents are not allowed to accompany students on any school tours or trips.
Students may only participate in school trips with prior consent from their parents.
